1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nwingroup.com and any services, communications or content provided by The Nwin Group, a trade name of Maureen Nguyen, LLC ("The Nwin Group", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Who we are

3. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, and to learn about our services or to contact us about a real estate matter. You agree not to use the site to submit false information, to interfere with the site or its security, to scrape or harvest data, or to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or to anyone through our forms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your phone number. If your phone number changes or is reassigned, please tell us so we do not send messages to someone else.

4. No advice and no agency relationship

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, mortgage or investment advice, and you should consult a qualified professional before making a decision.

Using this website, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with us does not create a brokerage or agency relationship between you and The Nwin Group. A brokerage relationship is created only by a written agreement signed by both parties as required under Florida law.

Property details, prices, availability and other listing information on this site come from sources we believe to be reliable, including multiple listing services and third parties, but we do not warrant that they are accurate or current. All information is subject to change, errors, omissions, prior sale or withdrawal without notice. You should verify all information independently before relying on it.

7. SMS text messaging program

Program. The Nwin Group operates a text messaging program for clients and enquirers who have given consent. Messages relate to your enquiry and your real estate transaction, such as appointment and showing confirmations, transaction updates, document reminders, and replies to questions you send us. These are non-marketing service messages.

How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on our website form and actively ticking the consent box, which is not pre-selected. We do not add anyone to the program without that consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not a condition of any service we provide.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your real estate transaction status and administrative needs.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You may also opt out by emailing info@nwingroup.com. Additional opt-out keywords are supported: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT and REVOKE.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@nwingroup.com or [ INSERT SUPPORT PHONE ].

How to opt back in. If you have opted out and want to start receiving messages again, reply START or contact us and give consent again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in data or your text messaging consent to any third party or affiliate for any purpose. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Supported carriers. The program is available on major United States wireless carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

8. Email and other communications

If you give us your email address we may send you information relevant to your enquiry or your transaction. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send you transactional emails that are necessary to your transaction.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout, is owned by The Nwin Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Listing photographs and data may belong to third parties and are used under licence.

10. Third party links

This website may link to third party websites such as listing portals, lender sites, mapping services or calculators. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
